Punta Campanella Resort & Spa, Massa Lubrense

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events, starting with being assigned a room that was both small and noisy due to an air conditioning unit right outside. After a harrowing incident involving a shattered shower door and subsequent poor management response, I couldn't wait to leave. Although the location by the beach was appealing and some staff members were friendly, the overall experience fell drastically short of expectations and left me frustrated.

The hotel offers a peaceful beachfront location, making it a beautiful spot to relax. However, the quality of the rooms and the service left much to be desired. While some amenities like the pool came at an extra cost and were often inaccessible, I found the dining experience to lack variety, especially at breakfast. Overall, despite the picturesque setting, the stay did not live up to expectations, particularly for a so-called resort.

The resort is absolutely charming, located by a stunning beach in the picturesque village of Nerano. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing stay with attentive service and a delightful ambiance. While the rooftop bar and breakfast could use some improvement - especially since parking fees were higher than advertised - the experiences we had at the beach and the local restaurants, particularly one inside the resort, left a lasting impression. Overall, a lovely and memorable getaway, but some aspects could be enhanced for better value.
